How crystals helped me
I first discovered crystals in June 2017. My marriage ended two years before and I wanted to start my self development journey on working the inner me and have always been a big believer in natural healing techniques, thanks to my mum who is a healer and a aromatherapist.
I kept being drawn to crystals due to their amazing healing benefits and how they could help me. I took this as a sign from the universe and I found a local crystal healer and started my own research and crystal collection.
I suffered with mental abuse from my ex husband which left me with no confidence and had a lot of self doubt. I would always feel my energy drain when I would be around certain people and didn’t realise I was an empath. I started using rose quartz to help bring in self love with myself and positive energy.
I bought some crystal jewellery and started wearing them everyday and noticed how they helped my energy stay high vibe and positive while being around negative energies.
Rose quartz really helped me with my self love and balancing out my heart chakra. Smoky quartz, fluorite and black obsidian were great to wear when I knew I would be around draining energies. Citrine really helped release the stress from my solar plexus when I was going through my divorce and with my manifesting skills.
After learning so much about them I wanted to help other people see their benefits and how they can help them in everyday life, so I started up my own business teaching people how they can help and heal from within.
Since then I have now gone on to become a crystal and angelic healer, astrologer, spiritual mentor, numerologist and herbologist. I mainly concentrate on astrology and spiritual mentorship as that is my calling and I love helping people on their journeys.
I love how they all link in with each other and work so well with the energies, colours, numbers and moonology.
