Saturn constricts with restrictions and limitations. It helps bring structure and meaning and allows us to learn our limits.

Uranus
Orbit 84 years, masculine planet. Rulership of Aquarius, colour Turquoise, uranium metal.

Uranus is one of the outer or modern planets and was discovered in 1781 by William Herschel. It was not commonly used in astrology until the late 19th century. As Uranus moves so slowly, the aspects it makes to other planets are more important than its position in your chart. In modern astrology Uranus is given rulership of Aquarius, but there is no accepted system allocating it to other dignities and debilities. Uranus takes about 84 years to go round the zodiac and is in each sign for about 7 years.
People born in the same generation will share same Uranus sign and it shows what makes your generation unique, and how it deals with and overcomes the problems and traditions that past generations leave behind.
